A fantastic game at the Minnesota Wild on April 28. The Wild won in overtime 3-2. Way to go Wild!!!! Representing the USS Minneapolis Saint Paul were the ships Matrons of Honor Carly Olson and Nicole Sundberg as well as RS1 Andrew Larson, representing NTAG Northern Plains. Mr. Bill James, representing the Minnesota Navy League was also in attendance.
The Minnesota Navy League is looking forward to meeting the crew when they arrive in Duluth for the ships commissioning which will happen on May 21, 2022, in the Port of Duluth. This will be the first time a Navy ship is commissioned in the state of Minnesota.
