Minnesota Navy League Council, VP Outreach North participates in Edina 4th of July Parade

United States Navy League, Minnesota Council, Vice President of Outreach North, Joyce Lacey participated in the Edina Independence Day parade on July 3, 2021.  Pictured is Marcus Benjamin of the Submarine League besideJoyce Lacey’s Car. Edina parade theme was “Coming Together.”  The parade Grand Marshals were Health Care Workers and Local Businesses and featured veterans, marching bands, floats, horses, musicians, clowns, and more.
